Zapier – Create a series of triggers when you create an action online. Send contact form submissions directly to Dropbox or send emails directly to an RSS feed. Lots of combinations so you can become a productivity monster. Free and paid plans available.
Tripit – If you travel for business, Tripit is a great trip planner for all of your travel. Organize and coordinate your travel plans for all of your employees.
